Patient Ordering Guidelines

Orders can only be made for Patients within Rapid City Hospital. We do not ship.

Include the patient’s full name and preferred name if applicable.
Include patients’ room # in the shipping section. Patients must have a room assigned. - For Room# call 605-755-1000
Orders placed M-F prior to 3:30pm MT will be delivered on the same day except holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours will be delivered the next business day.
If the patient has been discharged, or is otherwise not listed in our directory, the order will not be processed.
If the patient is in ‘ICU’-Intensive Care Unit, be advised that flowers are not allowed in the patient’s room.
